Stress-free set up with STAR. To get started, simply send us some preliminary information, (i.e. company logos, question set, etc), choose your survey dates and a few settings, and that’s it. Sending invitations and smart reminders
STAR’s system automatically sends out email invitations to designated participants and their raters. Later, smart reminders are emailed to only those invitees who have not submitted their completed surveys. You don’t have to spend your time chasing after non-responders — our system does it for you, automatically. (top)
Gathering Data
Data capture, storage and delivery is quick and efficient. Our robust survey system accommodates online and phone submission and in virtually any language. Raters with multiple feedback invitations are equipped with their own personalized status page, saving them time and effort. Data from all raters in the survey is collected and included in individual and group reports. (top)
Tracking Participation
While the survey is running, designated client administrators can access and monitor participation rates. Adjustments can then be made to the live survey such as extending the close date, or sending out additional reminders.
