Administrator Tools
Once setup is complete, you have control of your 360 process. STAR gives you access to online administrator tools. You can add participants and raters, start a survey group, end a survey and request reports. You can see the status of your surveys—who has started the survey, who has finished, and who hasn’t started yet. You can send reminder emails to those participants that need a little nudge.

Our online tools have three levels of access. Top administrators can see everything that is occurring with their various surveys. Lower administrators can have reduced access that still allows them information they need to oversee survey completion in their area of responsibility.

These admin tools put you in control of your 360 process. Once you have a survey loaded into the system, you can launch another course of the survey at no charge. If you decide to add participants to the current survey or extend a deadline, you can do it without having to talk to us.
