Our Mission is to make every client’s 360 feedback project a stunning success every time. To date we’ve collected survey data from over two and a half million people, in 750 companies spread across 43 countries and many languages. Our clients range from fortune 50 companies to one-person consultancies. We refined and improved our processes for over a decade, based on requests from clients and the expertise of our founders.

 


 

History

STAR was founded in 1996 as a joint venture between an organizational development consulting company and a technology company. Our focus has been to develop and improve 360 survey technology to make the 360 feedback process as easy, yet flexible as possible. For over a decade, we grown steadily and pioneered many technology innovations including a proprietary reporting process that provides the ultimate flexibility in report formats at extremely reasonable prices.

We have instituted many practices which are slowly becoming the industry norm. For example, from our first contract, we gave our clients ownership of their data, we created contracts with a standard 60-day cancellation clause so clients would always work with us because of our results not our contracting skills and we instituted a simple all inclusive pricing model so clients can always know the final price at the start of a job.
