About The Author
The Coaching Opportunities and Skills Inventory was developed by Nigel Bristow. It is based on his analysis of the people management practices at 1,030 organizations. The survey items are based on the management practices that the research indicated had the greatest impact on financial performance -- including 3-year growth in net income and 3-year total shareholder return.
Nigel is the founder of Targeted Learning, a company that specializes in helping organizations engage the talents and energies of their people. He is the author of several books and articles in the area of coaching, mentoring, feedback and career management. His clients include industry leaders such as Bell Helicopter, Boeing, ConocoPhillips and Monsanto.
