About The Authors

The STAR Leadership 360 was developed by Bonnie Williamson and Bruce Bennett.
Ms. Williamson received her MBA from Brigham Young University, began working in sales and marketing for Praxis, a forerunner of Vital Smarts, and later as a sales representative and facilitator for the Stephen Covey organization. For the last 15 years, Bonnie has worked with STAR as Director of Marketing, helping executives from organizations of all sizes to create successful 360 survey experiences for survey participants, administrators and decision makers.

Bruce Bennett received his MBA from Brigham Young University. He has applied his talents and expertise as entrepreneur, training developer and consultant to helping hundreds of companies large and small.

Bruce worked with Ford Motor Company as an organizational development consultant for 10 years before co-founding STAR LLC.

In addition to developing cutting-edge 360 survey technology and tools, Bruce has been instrumental in bringing to market exciting new support technologies to improve human performance.
