Personal Conflict Profile
Executive (PCPE)

Success in professional and personal life demands excellent conflict management and negotiation skills. The Personal Conflict Profile - Executive (PCPE) is a state-of-the-art multi-rater survey that provides key insights needed to manage conflicts and negotiations effectively. It measures your performance in areas such as:
  • Competitiveness
  • Co-operation
  • Empathy
  • Assertiveness

Most importantly, it compares and contrasts your own perceptions with how others view your performance in these areas. This is vital, as an accurate perception of how others see you in negotiation and conflict situations is a proven predictor of effectiveness. The PCP has been refined and validated through a two-year program of research conducted at Harvard University. It has earned rave reviews from its use at top professional schools and Fortune 500 companies, including Harvard, U. Penn, MIT, Carnegie-Mellon, U. of North Carolina, McGill, Vanderbilt, and Dow Chemical.
