About The Author

Quinn G. McKay is a retired consultant and educator, and has authored two books and numerous articles in the area of business ethics and integrity.

Quinn received both his MBA and DBA degrees from Harvard University and has served as director of the BYU MBA program, dean of the School of Business at Weber State College, and as an adjunct professor at the University of Utah.

Here, Quinn lends his extensive experience in leading organization transformations at companies including General Electric, General Motors, Boeing, LTB, several federal government agencies, KPMG, and L3 Communications Co.
