If phone support is offered, you might find yourself listening to hold music for ten minutes before being transferred… again.
At Star 360, we’re more than contractors. We’re also more than highly qualified experts in 360 survey technologies. We’re your partners. Your success is our only success.
When partnering with us, we’re serious about helping you gain the maximum benefit from your 360 survey while having fun too. Here’s what that looks like:
You will have your own sales associate and project manager assigned to you. These will be your point people for ongoing support. But that doesn’t mean you’re contact with us is limited to them. STAR has a whole team to support you and when you have specific questions, we’ll have you talk with the expert on our team that can best address your issue.
If one of your employees needs technical assistance while working with our 360-degree survey tools, he or she will speak to a technical support professional specifically qualified to address those needs. There are a few things we won’t do:
- We won’t talk over you. Your level of understanding is where we’ll meet you when discussing our technology. We speak plain English.
- We won’t say no. Again, your success is our goal.
- We won’t frown at you, not even through the phone or computer screen.
Simply put: When you call us, you speak with the right person, right away, every time.
