Innovators DNA

Innovation -- It’s the lifeblood of every company. Most top executive teams have innovation as a top strategic business priority because without it, it is impossible to survive in the short term or sustain growth in the long term.

World renowned thought leaders, Clayton Christensen, Hal Gregersen, and Jeffrey Dyer have conducted a 5 year study to uncover the origins of innovative business strategies and to determine what characteristics, aptitudes and habits drive and sustain innovation.

Through this research, the authors have defined “discovery skills” that distinguish innovative leaders from typical executives and “delivery skills” that determine innovation success. The combination and balance of these two skill sets hold the key to personal, team and organizational innovation.

The Innovator’s DNA 360˚ Survey gives participants concise definitions of these critical skills and then provides them with a clear snapshot of their own aptitudes through self ratings and the ratings of others. Once participants understand the skills and their personal proficiency, they can more effectively build their skills and increase their innovation abilities.
