Can I use my own questions?

Yes. We can automate and private label your unique survey. Build your business. Highlight your initiative. Expand your company’s brand awareness by using your logo, and your company colors. It’s easy.

 

Do you have survey content?

Yes. You can create a survey using our question bank, or choose from one of our established surveys.

 

How does STAR 360feedback compare in price?

How do I select respondents?

Essential in the effective use of a 360 tool is the selection of respondents. It is important to choose survey respondents who have worked with you long enough (ie. at least 6 months) to have seen you operate in a variety of situations . Also by selecting a diverse group of individuals to provide feedback, you stand to gain much richer insights on how people you work with perceive you.

 

What is expected from participants and raters?

Respond to your email invitation as soon as you receive it. Take your time reading and answering the questions. Be honest and constructive.

 

Who receives the report?

Reports are password protected and can be configured to be accessible to any of the following: administrators, participants, and/or their managers. Just let us know your preference.

 

Should 360 be used for development only for performance appraisals?

360 feedback is best used as a training and development tool. Although some companies do tie 360 feedback to compensation, we do not recommend it as can limit rater candor and impact the quality of your feedback.

 

What about confidentiality?

One of the benefits of using a third party 360 processing partner like STAR, is the assurance that your feedback remains anonymous and confidential. All data from your survey is submitted directly to STAR servers and aggregated so that your answers are protected. We have the highest data security protocols ensuring that your feedback is safe, secure and private.

 

Can I see if all respondents have replied?

Though you cannot see which respondents have replied, nor any of their answers, you can track the number of individuals who have completed their surveys. STAR survey tools enable you to track participation rates, trigger additional reminders, extend close dates etc — to ensure the best possible survey results.

 

What if I have connectivity problems?

You need a PC connected to the internet, and a Web browser (e.g. MS Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher). If you need technical support, STAR provides a survey helpline as well as online survey support.
