Participants have access to email and phone support. You have your own project manager to support your survey administrator. They can even start the survey on the web at the office, and complete the survey on the phone while riding the train home.

Satisfaction Driven Contracts

Your success is so important to us that if you can find a better partner for your project, we don’t want you to be artificially bound to us by contract. All of our contracts have a 60-day cancellation clause that allows you to leave us for another vendor and take your data with you. We build long-term partnering relationships based on providing exceptional products and service, not because you’re legally bound to us. We do have service agreements because our lawyers tell us we must, but our clients stay with us because we are committed to their success as well as our own. (top)
