Bruce Bennett, MBA, has over 25 years or organizational development consulting experience. He has worked as an independent consultant and an employee of Ford Motor Company. Bruce was a cofounder of STAR360feedback in 1996. His vision has shaped the company and the company has provided him with the opportunity to do 360 feedback work with dozens of the best companies in the world. Bruce has continued doing research with several universities to identify the key elements of successful behavior change and has been instrumental in bringing to market exciting new support technologies to improve human performance.

Jeffrey Dyer

Jeffrey Dyer, Ph.D. is the Horace Beesley Professor of Strategy at the Marriott School, Brigham Young University, where he is the chair of the business strategy group. Before joining BYU, Dr. Dyer was a professor at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, where he maintains an adjunct professor position.

Dr. Dyer has authored the award winning book Collaborative Advantage and has published widely in the top journals, including the Harvard Business Review, Sloan Management Review, and Strategic Management Journal.


Jim Edwards

Jim Edwards is President of LeaderQuest Development LLC, a leadership training company dedicated to the delivery of leadership evaluations, training courses and keynotes for educational, civic, church and corporate clients. Jim specializes in the facilitation of 360 & 180 Leadership Evaluations to enhance leadership skills, unify teams, and strengthen team leaders. Jim holds a BS in Education and a Masters in Educational Administration and Leadership, both from Campbell University in North Carolina.

Hal Gregersen

Hal Gregersen, Ph.D., is Affiliate Professor of Leadership at INSEAD. His research, teaching and consulting work focus on leading innovation, leading strategic change and leading globally.

Dr. Gregorsen has co-authored several books, including Leading Strategic Change: Breaking through the Brain Barrier and Global Explorers: The Next Generation of Leaders. Dr. Gregersen’s current research centers on how senior executives successfully discover new strategic direction, deliver results and develop others in the process.

Van Latham, Ph.D., is an industrial and organizational psychologist with a broad business, human resources, consulting, and academic background. Dr. Latham spent 12 years in human resources leadership positions with PepsiCo and Iron Mountain before founding PathPoint Consulting. Prior to his business career, Dr. Latham was an Assistant Professor of Management and Organizational Behavior at Creighton University. He is a member of the American Psychological Association and The Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychologists. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from Baylor University and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University.


Quinn G. McKay

Quinn G. McKay, D.B.A., is a retired consultant and educator and has authored two books and numerous articles in the area of business ethics. Quinn received both his MBA and DBA degrees from Harvard University and has served as director of the BYU MBA program, dean of the School of Business at Weber State College, and as an adjunct professor at the University of Utah. Here, Quinn lends his extensive experience in leading organization transformations at companies including General Electric, General Motors, Boeing, LTB, several federal government agencies, KPMG, and L3 Communications Co..


Bonnie Williamson

Bonnie Williamson, MBA, began working in sales and marketing for Praxis, a forerunner of Vital Smarts, and later as a sales representative and facilitator for the Stephen Covey organization. For the last 15 years, Bonnie has worked with STAR360feedback as Director of Marketing, helping executives from organizations of all sizes to create successful 360 survey experiences for survey participants, administrators and decision makers. Her role provides a window into how the best companies and authors use 360 feedback effectively.
