Jeffrey Dyer, Ph.D. is the Horace Beesley Professor of Strategy at the Marriott School, Brigham Young University, where he is the chair of the business strategy group. Before joining BYU, Dr. Dyer was a professor at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, where he maintains an adjunct professor position.
Dr. Dyer has authored the award winning book Collaborative Advantage and has published widely in the top journals, including the Harvard Business Review, Sloan Management Review, and Strategic Management Journal.

Prior to his business career, Dr. Latham was an Assistant Professor of Management and Organizational Behavior at Creighton University. Quinn G. McKay, D.B.A., is a retired consultant and educator and has authored two books and numerous articles in the area of business ethics. Quinn received both his MBA and DBA degrees from Harvard University and has served as director of the BYU MBA program, dean of the School of Business at Weber State College, and as an adjunct professor at the University of Utah.
