Those insights drive targeted training modules—rooted in real-world challenges—that equip leaders with the tools they need to tackle their highest-priority objectives.
This 360 is the starting point of your Coach Pathways Academy journey.
As part of your Coach Pathways Academy experience, this 360 feedback survey distills insight from your supervisor, colleagues and direct reports, and helps you reflect on your leadership strengths and opportunities.
Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive an email with instructions to begin your survey. You’ll choose your feedback providers (raters), complete your self-assessment, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Your results will be used during the program to support your growth and development
What Happens After The Survey?
Once you’ve completed the survey, a certified coach will guide you through one-on-one sessions that turn concepts into action. Between meetings, you’ll pilot new approaches in your daily work—like refining stakeholder engagement or leading data-driven planning—and then debrief the results with your coach.
Three internal enablers ensure the changes stick. We build Awareness by aligning your sponsors and peers around your development goals, foster ongoing Feedback through structured reflections and peer exchanges, and activate Mentorship by involving your supervisor in on-the-job coaching. This integrated approach helps you grow as a leader in practical, measurable ways—and ensures these new capabilities take root in your organization’s culture.
